Models - capable?

Hey, since I asked if I could model I thought I'd show you what I can do with a spare hour, based it on the sprite in tiberian sun for the Nod lascannon. Pretty basic but hopefully enough to show you I think im capable to help. Feedbacks welcome If you want but I wouldn't consider it good work lol.

that's really good you have a great attention to details and since you know TS you know what kind of models a real C&C need

my last attempt at modeling for an other modding project that i'm working on was to try to reproduce this

It's pretty good..I can draw, but I can't do models for crap...so, yeah. It's pretty faithful to the old one, and that's always a good thing

thanks, nice to hear that after stuggling all year to learn it , If you have any paper concepts for the mod I'll gladly try and make them models. But i think we need a good solid list on what will be needed for the mod. We need a lead designer

Well, yeah, and I'm sure there are better artists than me...but the first unit you must fix is the Scorpion Tank, lol :p

following up on last night this took me about double the time, as i sketched it out first so about 2 hours to 2 half hours work. I called it the Orca Bomber v2, one of my favourite air vehicles of Tiberian Sun. The style maybe could do with improving and overall design maybe.

well the orca bomber wa eseay to love 1 bomb and everything thatw as left was a hole

I like the model in general, but what I would suggest is to separate the tail booms after the engine It actually makes more sense from a real world perspective

I do like some of the unit designs there, like teh Kodiak, Salamander and Basilisk. But a lot of the others disturb me.
