Meeting - vital to move forward?

I was wondering if we could have a meeting one evening (cud be morning afternoon etc, as im pretty sure ppl are in different time zones). But the purpose would be to concrete the core design aspects so we can start on designing units buildings and other gameplay things.

I'm not sure what we could use for a meeting, msn etc is possible if everyone has it, then tha boss can ask questions and we can vote etc. then just discuss basic design elements. Then we can be given job roles to do and we can meet up again in a week or 2 to see progress etc . thoughts?

The subscription and download is 100% free, and it takes up minimal-no memmory, so having an extra IM like Xfire is totally worth it Videogmer
